Kiinew – Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos)
Kiinew is a Golden Eagle hatched in 2016. Unfortunately, as a first year bird he was hit by a car. The damage to his left wing rendered him unable to fly. Badger Run acquired him in 2019 from the master falconer that had been caring for him. We have big plans for this bird as an educational ambassador that can make off-site appearances.
